Ever thought of visiting Estonia? Wondered what is there to see and which towns are worth visiting? Planning your trip, besides the most touristic choices, don’t forget to consider also a visit in smaller, less known towns, like Viljandi.

Viljandi is definitely the perfect place for a short gateway during a stay in Estonia. Small enough for a half-day trip, yet with great tourist offer, including a castle, lake, hiking trails, biggest Estonian music festival, interesting architecture and many more. Moreover, it’s really well connected with Tallinn (~2,5h by bus) and Tartu (~1,5h by bus).
